Data we collect

JackTheFrog only collects what the service needs to work.

• Uploaded images and their metadata (size, format, dates).
• For members: username, email, hashed password, preferences.
• Aggregated statistics: pages, language, browser, device, referrer.
• Technical logs and hashed IP addresses for abuse prevention.

Cookies

Only functional cookies are used. No advertising or third-party tracking cookie.

• PHPSESSID — session, required for sign-in and CSRF protection.
• jtf_anon — lets a guest manage the images they uploaded.
• jtf_lang — remembers your language.
• jtf_theme — remembers your light/dark preference.

Retention

Statistics are purged after 180 days. Deleted images are purged from disk shortly after deletion.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can:

• download all your personal data as JSON,
• delete your account and everything attached to it,
• delete any image at any time, even as a guest, with its delete link.
